This cake was designed for a mountain bike fan for his 50th Birthday.

The centre piece of the cake is a bike which is the same as the one he rides. Taking a breather at the side is a sun loving, lounging mountain biker in his shades.

It was finished off with a few flowers and the Birthday greetings around the bottom.
